Remember when I signed up for Resolutions in Motion back in November? Well I set a goal to lose 10 pounds over the course of 6 weeks and.....I LOST 6.4 POUNDS!It is not the 10 that I was hoping for, but it is pretty dang close! I am honestly just excited that I didn't gain anything. I have NOT worked out 5 days a week like I plannedand I have NOT done the 30 day shredso I plan on restarting these things and hopefully lose the rest of the weight before the year is over.
