This day has hardly began, and already I have a case of the Monday’s. But hopefully I can turn this week around, because I have a mustache birthday party to plan, game night to prep for and a whole other host of things to do. Today I have someone special on the blog, Jessica has had her pretty face over on my sidebar for the month of November and today she has a post to share with you, enjoy!

Hi Pretty Living PDX readers š I am so happy to be over here today so a huge thank you to Myranda for letting me share her little corner of the world. i blog over at the Lily White English Rose sharing with you the adventures of an English girl who made the big move across the pond to the states. So I thought today I would share with you some of the things I have learnt.
1. Don’t order a full round of pancakes at a breakfast restaurant, as yummy as they are I was eating them for the rest of the week lol
2. A new york city bus tour is a great way to see loads of the cities sights
3. Black Friday sales have to be experienced at least once but be prepared for mobs
4. Do go on an all American road trip no matter how big or small it is, I loved my one round the Olympic peninsula
5. Do embrace the traditional holidays, thanksgiving is great and not just because of tall the yummy pumpkin and sweet potatoes
6. Go to American sports games, its an experience all of its own. I’ve been to a mariners baseball game and a seahawks American football games – amazing š
7. No matter how long you are in your new country for enjoy it!!!

Lanaya,
It is so on! You really have to go at least 1 time in your life just to say you have gone.
